Returns

Melissa Teitel accepts returns on a by case basis. Many of our products are custom made to order. We highly recommend retailers request samples before placing orders to ensure you and your clients love your products as much as I loved making them for you. For anyone placing an order with us, If you believe your product to be defective or different than what you expected and they have not been used or worn, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible. Please email us at melissa@melissateitel.com with return request in the subject line.
